Job Purpose
•Assists customers on all Bankard related inquires and requests.
•Processes account maintenance and processing of account or card related request(s).
•Handles internal and vendor customer case endorsement.
•Handles lost or stolen card blocking and card replacement issuance.
•Initial reviewer of fraud-related reports from the cardholder, evaluates disputes and fraud blocking.
•Processes customer service-related reports
•Handles the processing of endorsed tasks from other departments that are customer service related.
•Maintains a daily tracker of all handled cases and completed tasks.
Job Requirements

•College graduate of any four year course
•Preferably with experience in a frontline Customer service role
•Financial Background is a plus
•Good verbal and written communication, both in English and Filipino
•Ability to interact with customers on a omni-channel platform
·
