Security Inspector

Checks, inspects that field personnel are performing their duties in accordance to the guard services contract Checks the appearance and alertness level of field personnel are in accordance to agreed company standards Checks all company-issued equipment to field detachments are properly used and maintained Checks all necessary administrative documents (DDO, LTO, RLM, etc.) are complete, updated, and available for inspection by the concerned government agencies Oversees the proper implementation of Company Policies and Procedures are carried out by field personnel Coordinates properly to the incidents and emergency situations with all concerned parties Reports all inconsistencies noted during inspection to related parties Prepares weekly work plan & maintains timely submission of all reports concerning field inspections; Daily encoding of reports in the Security Inspectors Management Systems (SIMS) Ensures areas for inspection are adequately covered in timely manner Maintains the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and impartiality while in the performance of duty
