The General Manager (GM) shall develop objectives, design strategies, and control budgets to increase revenue-units (crew|posts), reduce costs and improve profitability. The GM shall recruit, hire, develop and supervise employee-guards; and build highly motivated supervision and support teams to guarantee excellent service delivery according to the internal agency standards and external customer expectations.
The General Manager shall have continuing responsibility for discipline, readiness and dependability of its employee-guards, support personnel and officers; equipment and methodologies; and guarantee continually improving service delivery in a positive and safe work environment.
