WHAT IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER - DATA ENTRY?
Our awesome client, a leading Custom fit Wardrobe Company based in Australia is looking for People Administrator to be part of their Team.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
Entry of all incoming purchase orders. To read, translate and interpret customer plans & purchase orders. Accurate entry of information and resolving discrepancies in information. Collaboration with customers estimating departments to rectify inconsistencies and errors within purchase orders. Completion of order entry checks to ensure 100% accuracy of information entered. Ad hoc manning of incoming and outgoing phone calls.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
3 years + experience in data entry.High attention to detail. Knowledge of MS Office packages. Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face. Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience. Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally. Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner. Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members. Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner. Willing to work on a WFH set up
