CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer calls from customer service phone queueEnter orders for timely processing and deliveryProcess employee purchasesRespond to consumer inquiries including but not limited to order status and product information, claims resolution order updateProcess miscellaneous/webstore returns and refundsProcess consumer warranty and replacement requestsAssess consumer-related problems or issues to develop and provide appropriate resolution; respondsto consumer and customer inquiries with due diligenceMaintain knowledge of current new products and product changes/improvementsMaintain consumer account information, process and procedure documentation.Perform other duties as may be assigned at management's discretion.

QUALIFICATIONS

College graduateMinimum 2 years of customer service experienceExcellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person and over the phone.Solid word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.Willing to work in Ortigas and work in graveyard shift5 Months contract only
