Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer customer inquiries via chat platforms
- Provide detailed product information to inquiring customers
- Upsell other products
- Provide information regarding ongoing promos
- Book orders via the online booking system
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3, or 4 year course college graduate
- Completed at least 3 years in College (not presently enrolled)
- Have previous work experience, sales, local BPO, non-voice chat support
- Willing to work onsite (Quezon City)
