As Growth Lead, you define and manage the execution of brand strategies across the business by developing growth strategies, brand activities, and marketing promotions that acquire and engage target audiences.

Initiate and drive growth experiments that are meant to acquire new audiences and maximize existing ones through the use of various growth levers that includes, but not limited to, products, content, formats, promotions, and partnerships.Develop data-driven marketing strategies to acquire, retain, and scale audiences for assets of assigned Summit brand/s, including related platforms, such as, but not limited to, its website, social accounts, video channels, products, and online/ IRL eventsProvide thought leadership and perspective for the adoption of emerging tech and media channel for assigned brands and audiences Identify new media and platforms that will lead to audience growth and engagement, brand affinity and loyalty, and possible revenue opportunitiesAssess and introduce tools, products, and partners that will aid in content production/ recommendation and audience growthManage the day-to-day workflow of growth marketing programs attuned to assigned brands, building key relationships with internal cross functional teams and external partners and vendorsEffectively manage, sometimes lead, multi-layered, cross functional agile teams to ensure high performance and hitting goalsChampion audience centricity and brand voice consistency across all initiatives related to assigned brand/ audienceCultivate a culture where both experimentation (to support human/ creative intuition) and data-driven validation will thriveAs Brand Manager
Oversee brand marketing, architecture, and positioningSynthesize quantitative and qualitative information to effectively identify strategic opportunities and lead development of brand roadmapIn charge of conducting necessary market research to monitor audience trends and ensure brand evolutionConduct regular competitive evaluation, for content, activations, and advertising.Pursue new revenue streams and evaluate business viability.Overall budget management for the brand, from editorial to marketing, with keen attention of required bottom line
