Customer Service Representative (Local Insurance Account - Day shift - Taguig)

General Requirements:

College graduate, any course.At least 3-6 months experience in any Telesales / Telemarketing function;Proficient with MS Office Applications (Ms Excel, Ms word)Willing to work in BGC Taguig City (Work onsite) - DayshiftCan start as soon as possible

Job Description:

Provides excellent "front-line" service over the telephone at all timesConducts outbound calls to qualified clients with no Mutual Fund Accounts.Attend meetings, daily huddles if any and complete all computer based trainings as requiredWill provide the spiels needed to remind the client that they are qualified to open Mutual Fund account and should they want to go about it.Will submit a monitoring file end of the day in order to track activity.
