Customer Support Representative and Administrative

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all timesResponding promptly to customer inquiriesCommunicating with customers through various channelsAcknowledging and resolving customer complaintsKnowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questionsProcessing orders, forms, applications, and requestsKeeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaintsCommunicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessaryProviding feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processEnsure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer supportHelp with Admin tasks when necessary  

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 1-year experience as a customer support representativeStrong command of the English language with strong conversational skillProblem-solving and an ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructionsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills Must be comfortable to work during night-shifts when necessaryGerman speaking is a plus
