The work:

Provide technical support for resolution of customers’ IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queriesLiaise with other support teams as necessary to resolve customer requests or incidentsEnsure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents

Here’s what you’ll need:

Graduate of any bachelor’s degree or undergraduate with 2 years of college education with at least six (6) months to one (1) year experience in Technical Support/ Customer Service Representative or any related to Service Desk.Trainings/ Knowledge Transfer/ Bootcamp sessions will be provided before deployment to assigned projectsPreferably With good knowledge and skills in ITInterest in providing technical support and assistance to clients and end-users via call, chat and emailExcellent written and verbal English communication skills
