We are hiring for Back Office Analysts to join our Financial team. Our Back Office Analyst is an integral role in the operations of our Manila office. The details. Day-to-day responsibilities:Review accounts with disputed items and exhaust recovery options to avoid taking financial lossesProcess disputed items according to the association and federal government guidelinesCorrespond with cardholders, merchants, and merchant banks as part of processing dispute casesManage prepaid card negative balances, and minimize losses by utilizing chargebacksMaintain a high level of customer service while addressing customer, law enforcement, merchant, and bank requestsPerform other duties as assigned by Department Management. Ideal Candidates have: With at least 6 months of financial background (have worked with a banking institution or program, credit/debit card disputes, financial technology, mobile banking, digital banking, etc.)Average English communication skillsCandidates must have a high level of analytical/critical thinking skills and keen attention to detailsMust be willing to work in Eastwood, Q.C.Must be willing to work on shifting schedules (day, mid, night shift)
