Product Experience Officer

Job Description:

Responsible for supporting local product design, including but not limited to research on local competitive products, internet user behavior;Communicate customer’s feedback, requirements and desires back to influence product functionality and roadmapBe a problem-solver for product visual & campaign issues that may appear during project implementation and ensure a good user experience throughout the product life cycleWork closely with regional team leader, local customer service, product team to fix issuesContinuous market research on macro-level landscape, competition, customer segment, and trends as well as consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations

Job Qualifications:

Experience related product of eCommerce, online payment, O2O is preferredBachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related fieldsFunctional and technical knowledge about e-commerce, payment system, both for local market and general industrialAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office, Mind MappingAble to evaluate product design and propose solutions based on user research and data analysisGood teamwork spirit and have sense of responsibility, able to respond quickly;Attention to details and awareness of users’ psychologyProficient in English (spoken and written)
