MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To achieve the target Telesales Production in new application and booked premium.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop and implement selling strategies and action plans for the channel to meet the agreed sales and targets new business enrollmentConducts product training to assigned BPO’sClose monitoring of call metrics to ensure proper utilization of leads. This includes developing strategies and plans for effective distribution of leads to the right agent, at the best time to call.Ensure that assigned BPO complies with the target count of agents doing outbound sales calls.Coordinates with BPO to monitor and drive agent performance, collects hourly reports and updates from assigned BPO’s.Analyze call metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiencies in handling referred leadsOrganize Weekly and Quarterly Business Review of BPO PerformanceEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Business Administration or any related course
