Junior Digital Marketing Assistant

The Digital marketing assistant will be assisting and learning from our Marketing Manager to shape the online presence of our company many forms of online media.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Email Marketing 

Proofreading key messaging in and out of email templates Compiling email lists Purging email lists Securing email databases for future campaigns Following up on emails Placing product orders Creating digital ads Tracking and analyzing campaign results Aiding additional digital marketing efforts. 

Social Media Marketing 

Scheduling social media posts using applications such as SemRush Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries Developing new social media strategies and campaigns Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent 

Administration 

Recording social media post metrics and reports. Recording email campaign metrics. Creating a report for monthly KPI records. 

Preferred experience/education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts or related field. Proven social media and email campaign management experience Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of office management. Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
