Sr. Specialist, Regional Marketing (Digital Media)

Key responsible for conceptualization and implementation of designs/videos that meets the vision and strategies of various marketing campaigns from concept to completion. As a specialist he/she has the authority in decision-making and can assume the lead role on project management. He/She will also lead her co-designers in creating concepts, comps, layouts, and final art/video requirements in certain key projects. He/She will be actively involved in production and shoots in various marketing requirements, as needed.Responsibilities• Meeting and liaising with Supervisor to discuss briefs/requirements and/or project progress• Develop creative and design concepts through various media products such as print advertising, motion graphics, 3D animation, videography, and photography, that meets the business objectives• Presenting design concepts with internal stakeholders• Understanding of the latest design trends and their role within a commercial environmentSkills• Enable to create and produce video materials that involves pre and post production• Excellent time management and organizational skills• Accuracy and attention to detail• Advanced knowledge in videography and photography• Exceptional creativity and innovationQualifications• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.• At least 2 years of working experience in an advertising or production agency• Highly Skilled in using Adobe Creative Cloud or any related design software• Has excellent oral and written English communication skills• Ability to work well in a team environment, with a limited degree of supervision• Proficient in both Mac and Windows platform• Submission of updated portfolio is required
