Responsibilities:Supervises the staff during the engagementEnsures that audit procedures and related administrative activities, documents and reports are accomplished on time and according to the professional standards of the firmEnsures timely delivery of high quality output aligned with PwC global assurance standards, client agreement, and engagement team's expectationsKeeps up-to-date with technical accounting and auditing developments using the firm's knowledge and research toolsevaluates and reviews staff performance and discusses points for improvementAssists engagement manager in planning, execution and completion activitiesLeads interviews and discussions with clients and other third party contactsContributes to a positive working environment by knowledge sharing and working effectively with team membersActs as an ambassador of the firm's processes and policiesRequirementsCertified Public Accountant and/or Certified Internal AuditorMust be willing to work in Makati City (as necessary)Preferably with 3 years work experience providing Internal Audit Services (e.g. Internal Audit Outsourcing, SOX readiness, External Quality Assurance Services, Business Process Reviews) to local and multinational companies
