It’s Simple Finance is looking to hire a Paid Media Specialist in the Philippines who will report directly to the Executive leadership team and Marketing lead, located in Sydney. The successful candidate will be an experienced marketing and paid media expert who can implement strategies for rapid growth in the digital sector. This will require a professional with SEM, Social Media Ads, and Customer journey growth experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Growing and scaling the business using and not limited to: 

Help manage and improve the performance of ongoing company targets and metrics.Hit weekly and quarterly KPIs.Will be required to build a minimum of 6 x Facebook/Instagram Lead Ad Campaigns per week (including copy & creatives) that generate leads Analyze your campaign results and make optimizations to improve overall campaign performance.Build Facebook Lead Forms + Connect them to our client’s systems using Zapier.Manage campaigns to ensure they do not exceed budgets and CPAs.Set specific objectives and KPIs, and ensure that they are metWrite copy and create layouts for Social Media ads (FB, IG, linkedIn, Tiktok, etc.), Google Ads, landing pages, and website pages.Use Canva/PS to build creatives for Facebook/Instagram ads (image & video) that follow our branding guidelines and best practices.Build website pages and landing pages to convert paid traffic from ads.Complete regular market research and competitor analysis to look for opportunities we can apply to improve our marketing results and apply them.Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and new software/tools and test them.Complete weekly reports to track marketing results.Attend a weekly marketing meeting with the team and marketing head.Integrate APIs tools and software for proper tracking of data.Help the marketing team complete any other marketing tasks that are required when asked.Reporting to the Digital Marketing lead and the Executive leadership team of It’s Simple Finance, located in Sydney. 

Key Requirements: 

3+ years of experience and a proven track record in Paid Media Buying are strongly Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)With Google and Facebook ads certificate (preferred)Experience in working in a start-up culture Exceptional multi-tasking skills Highly motivated, energetic and goal-oriented
