A DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER is responsible for:
Develop marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business goals, such as brand awareness, customer acquisition, conversion to sales, and customer retentionDeploy successful marketing campaigns — ideation, execution, monitoring, and optimizationExperiment with various organic and paid channels, such as but not limited to social media, search, display, email, SMS, and in-app messagingCollaborate with merchants (business units) in developing and implementing campaigns to acquire customers and increase salesHire, train, and manage digital marketing talents, such as but not limited to performance marketing, search, content production, and social media managementAct as brand guardian, ensuring that all campaigns and content in all GoR assets are consistent with brand voice and disciplineLead in the evaluation and selection of agencies, as the need arises
