JOB DEscriptION:
Business Development
· Create sales plan and strategies to reach monthly target for assigned accounts
· Maintain a low operational cost expenses and recommend improvements on Sales processes.
· Knows how to manage accounts collectibles to ensure smooth flow of sales revenues.
Account Coverage
· Lead the Team Leaders/Sales Coordinators in order to maximize sales and distribution to their assigned account.
· Identify and address store problems and suggest prompt solutions to prevent sales loss and instead create more opportunities in the account.
