Responsibilities:
Review and farming out of open lead records from all Channels and prepare Daily Sales Call Plan for the day. This includes proper endorsement of applicable leads requiring sales assistance to the appropriate Sales Manager (i.e., Key Account, merchant requires POS, or an existing merchant already with assigned Sales Manager); Perform initial scoping to qualify, answer inquiries, scope merchant requirements, cross-sell other solutions as needed, explain onboarding requirements among others.Managing of mailbox (Business.Signup, Inside Sales, PBM Inside Sales)and answering inquiries related to Presales and Aftersales Support.Management and Coordination of merchants for rejected applications. Assess merchants qualified for Direct Merchant Graduation and endorsement to Relationship Managers.Handling of merchant coordination for Enterprise DepositQualifications:
Graduate of any 4years course.Possess excellent customer service skills.Ability to establish rapport and closing sales.Organized and with high attention to details.Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.Can work with minimal supervision.Open to Fresh GraduatesMust:
Dynamic personalityTechnical when it comes to email, can answer email requests even without template.Result driven, good influence.Hardworking-team has frequent OT.Additional Information:
