B2B Partnership Lead / Sales Executives
At Kroma, our partnerships team fuels our growth by securing partners that are willing to create and recreate entertainment with us. As an External Partnerships Lead, you will help grow our tradigital media business by leveraging the Kroma ecosystem to create executions and solutions that deliver real business value to our partners outside the Globe group. You are able to generate a lead, negotiate and close deals on your own.
You are a self-starter who is hungry to create new experiences and challenge the status quo to deliver exceptional business results for our partners across our TV, digital and experience platforms. You embrace the challenge of growing a business from ground zero. You recognize this takes a lot of bold moves, moving fast and working smart.
What you will do:
Deliver the sales target for Kroma media by proactively pursuing and creating opportunities with partners that span our traditional media, digital and experience channels across 9 lines of business.Participate in the development of the sales strategy. Use market knowledge to create unique value propositions for our partners.Create fused sales packages that maximize the Kroma ecosystem. Able to strategize the best sales mix given partner objectives.Manage and grow our partner and agency relationships to make Kroma a partner of choice. Deal with multinational partners across all levels of the organization.Provide business units with a strategic perspective to help craft IPs, formats, and executions that are relevant and sellable.You need to have:
Proven track record in Sales in Media, Advertising, and eCommerce with 3+ years of experience.Great love for Pinoy-entertainment. A passion and pulse for media and entertainment.Has understanding of the media and digital landscape, industry developments, innovation and trends. Considers data as a critical component of planning and decision-making.Strong communication, networking and presentation skills.You need to be:
