Telesales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for Stork.Ph, our e-commerce flatform and our Trade Retail team. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.Responsibilities:Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or serviceAnswer questions about products or the companyAsk questions to understand customer requirements and close salesDirect prospects to the field sales team when neededEnter and update customer information in the databaseTake and process orders in an accurate mannerHandle grievances to preserve the company’s reputationGo the “extra mile” to facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful informationRequirements:Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roleAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsExcellent knowledge of EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
