Bollore Logistics is looking for a motivated team member as Outside Sales to be joining our Aerospace team. Being in the position you will be in charge of organizing existing and prospect clients while meeting sales KPI.

You will be assisted by the members of our other team (trucking, customer service, sales, procurement, billing team …. ) to ensure operation excellency.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

1. Organize existing and prospect client sales visits

2. Ensure the target sales KPI is achieved (sales activities, gross margin, customer acquisition, customer coverage )

3. Ensure timely encoding of sales activities, sales leads & quotations, in Concerto

4. Achieve financial and sales activities objectives by securing new businesses.

5. Generate SOP, related offers / quotations to potential customers in coordination with the Customer Service.

6. Update customer account information in Concerto, whenever necessary.

7. Provides complete details for new accounts applying for CR terms in the company.

8. Ensure availability of credit terms to client prior to first shipment.

9. Cooperate and lead the communication with the customer service requiring sales actions with the network.

10. Participate in collection from client/customers.

11. Develop portfolio of clients within Aerospace by selling the complete range of Bollore Logistics services.

12. Provides complete details for new accounts applying for CR terms in the company.

13. Make sure that mapping form is provided to OMC before the movement of shipment.

14. Participate in SOA review and payment collection from client/customers.

15. Perform additional sales related function as may be required by Aerospace Manager from time to time.

16. Support the Network.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Graduate of any Bachelor’s DegreeHaving a work experience in Logistics and Forwarding business is requiredWork experience as Sales is a must.Knowledgeable in MS Office ApplicationsFast learner on various data and referential softwareCan work with less supervisionExcellent reporting and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledgeable in Freight Forwarding & Supply Chain servicesKnowledgeable in basic marketing information: customers, market actors, competition and environment
