Bachelor's degree graduate of Business Management. Receives, confirms and validates sales orders from external and internal customers through phone calls and electronic messages.Ensures completeness of delivery details.Seeks approval for special orders.Encodes all orders correctly to the SAP System within the day with PO receipt.Confirms reasons for backload orders.Generates picklist in the SAP System.Check stock status on shared file.Handles and resolves customers requests, inquiries and complaints via text/chat, mail or phone.
