Job Summary:
In charge of ensuring correctness of client books and preparations of client reportsResponsibilities:
In-charge of preparation, sending, and monitoring of client's reportsIn-charge of handling queries, investigations and adjusting client's' books and transaction entriesIn-charge of extracting daily reportsPrepares month-end schedules , adjusting entries and reportsReview pro-forma accounting entries for new products / investments /services of Trust GroupPrepares bank and audit certification Coordinate investigation proceedings for client and RM inquiries regarding client's books and transaction entriesCoordinate with the different functional groupsQualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, preferably a CPAAt least two years experience in trust, tax and general accounting which includes but not limited to preparation of financial reports, maintenance of accounting books and records, bank and accounts' reconciliationMust be analytical and detail oriented and have good oral and written communications skillsWilling to work ON-SITE in MKATI
