Bachelor’s degree in any courseWith at least three (3) years of sales experience Must have wide knowledge in pharmaceuticalFlexible and adaptable to challengesStrong negotiation and sales skillsGood communication skillsWork on company accreditations in prospective hospitals in the territory.Create and increase product awareness by conducting product presentations to Doctors/Departments.Establish business contacts and maintain productive customer relationsResponsible in conducting territorial sales collection drivesOn time submission of Administrative ReportsParticipate in biddings by preparing quotations in coordination with superiors on pricing policies, by submitting company bid and by actually attending bidding sessions.Ensure that orders are delivered on time by closely coordinating with the distribution network on the availability of stock and by following up the processing of sales and purchase ordersPlan and organize selling activities by keeping records of client profile, client calls made by accomplishing MD Call Cards/Daily Call Sheets.
