Job Summary:
Responsible for the promotion of sales, distribution, market share & expense management objectives of his assigned area through effective & efficient customer management in Retail Branches. It also provide customer service, promoting and selling products or services to consumers. The specialist must be knowledgeable and up to date on the products and services offered by their business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops & implements Customer Business Plans and reports progress accordingly.
Promotes basic education books in all private and public schools in the assigned area.
Facilitates and attends special events affecting his assigned area.
Manages his Selling Expense Budget according to the approved Annual Business Plan and within the allowable budget
Presents and promote to customers using prescribed selling tools.
Manages all expenses & allocation of resources (both admin and sales-related) of his area and submits prescribed forms to Retail Sales Manager for approval.
Prepares or issues order.
Form based on customer orders and forwards the same to the concerned associate for processing.
Submits prescribed Weekly & Monthly Sales & Expense Reports to ROM for discussion & approval.
Must develop an excellent working knowledge of the company’s products and services.
Sell products and services to customers, explaining and demonstrating their advantages.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Marketing or equivalent.At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
