Business Development Supervisor

Major Function:Responsible for the achievement of sales objectives through product distribution, technical selling and management of external partners.To oversee the selling for Sulit TV as well accurate the selling systems and procedures of new businesses of CignalTV including but not limited to Sulit TV and Cignal connect in support of achieving Sale targets. Specific Duties & Responsibilities:Draws plans and strategies in achieving Sales Targets .Ensures placement of purchase orders by external partners .Executes marketing programs, promos and selling activities. Ensures availability of marketing support and other merchandising materials inWork closely and assist the New Business Unit –Sales Head and New Business Unit –Sales Manage rin working with SSSS to define the following for Sulit TV and Cignal Connect.a. The sales structure and route to market.b. Selling systems and commissions structure.c. Sales Systems procedures and operational requirements.d. Distribution of Sales targets.e. Define linkages with other GroupsSet up and supervise the Selling platforms for SulitTV under the supervision of the Sulit TV Sales Manager (Matrixed)Assist the Cignal Connect & Sulit TV Sales Manager as needed in achieving their Sales targets.Other jobs that may be assigned from time to time. Position Qualifications:College graduate in Business, Marketing, Management / Industrial EngineeringAt least 2years work experience in a reputable sales organizationExposure/experience in online selling systems and platforms.Competencies, Skills & Other specific requirements:Advance skills in MS Office applicationsCritical Thinking–Systems approachGood Communication SkillsCan work well with numbersAnalytics a plus
