Responsible in managing the development and execution of advertising and promotion plans in coordination with the Merchandising Department, to drive store image and awareness, attract customers or advertise events to increase sales.
1. Participates in the planning/conceptualization of advertising and promotion activities of the Company. Allocates the Projects based on existing budgets and agreed Month-to-Month special activities involving Sales or Anniversaries.
2. Develops marketing partnerships with media partners to drive viewership and broaden the reach of brand/ program messaging.
3. Coordinates with the Customer Service Manager and Department OIC/s based on fixed schedules of special events and/or store sale. Plans all manpower, equipment and material usage to meet imposed deadlines for stage events.
4. Provides directions to Marketing Assistants, manages workflow and oversees skill development.
5. Provides technical guidance in the implementation of Ads and Promo activities in accordance with the company policies particularly on enhancing store image through cutting-edge advertising campaigns using Tri-Media channels.
6. Requires the preparation and submission of press releases to highlight any special event involving the store or its affiliates.
7. Ensures the submission of Activity-End Report by each Marketing Assistant.
8. Conducts physical verification of unclaimed prize items.
9. Provides feedback and other relevant reports to the VP-Administration for updates.
10. Manages performance and productivity of the department. Handles performance evaluation and may recommend developmental programs to personnel based on skill or job deficiencies.
11. Performs other job-related tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
