Field Audit Supervisor (Laguna Area)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.Williing to be assigned in Calabarzon areaWilling to do field work      Our Field Audit Supervisor is responsible in providing a reliable, independent and objective assessment of the Store Operations, aim to add value as assurance and consulting provider, through a systematic and disciplined approach in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal control, risk management and governance process. He/She handling simple to complex store audit and stocktake activities within his./her regional area. Having in place the skill and competencies to provide assurance with regards to risks from the organization’s digital transformation. Can change the function’s services to become more data driven and digitally enabled. Role focuses on •Understands and can implement the risk assessment and prioritizes work schedule based on risk and certain criteria•Assist Audit Manager in the Preparation, planning and documentation project management requirements and resources needed to ensure delivery of the required audit activity•Perform an efficient sales operations audit activities, identifies control weaknesses with sufficient documentation of evidences and discusses control weaknesses and doable recommendation to relevant store personnel.•Utilizes digital resources such ACL reports and ROS Portal for the efficient conduct and or documentation of audit activities.•Review store audit and stocktake results and ensure that results are properly documented, supported and release audit compliance ratings.
