As part of our aggressive growth strategy we are currently looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales and Product Marketing Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives over coming years by promoting product and driving our global sales teams. You must be comfortable on the phone and e-mail, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Source new inside sales opportunities across the global organisationUnderstand customer needs and requirementsRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate technical team for further development and closureClose, drive and push salesResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsTeam with channel partners to build marketing strategy and weekly product promotionsManage all customer related enquiries across the designated Asia business unitsGenerate and process sales and purchase orders.Confirming orders back to the customerUpdating delivery schedule to the customerCommunicate with the customer on issues pertaining to their ordersManaging and updating client order book scheduling and weekly expedite reportsExpedite on late or urgent orders with the supplier teams to ensure on time / advance deliveriesOwn the customer, the order, the problem and the solutionAcknowledging and resolving customer complaintsSending shipping documents to the customerProvide ongoing after sales support to the customerMaintain a clean open order backlog, on time, and removed of any problemsTrack and manage incoming and urgent orders daily

Required Skill(s):

·      Proven inside sales experience

·      Track record of over-achieving quota

·      Strong phone presence, and excellent communicator

·      Experience working with Excel and large data sets

·      Excellent verbal and written communications skills

·      Strong listening and presentation skills

·      Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

·      Creative and Energetic attitude to problem solving

·      Excellent time management and multitasking

·      Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner
