Key Responsibilities:
Manage retailers and distributors across markets to ensure a strong presence and brand growth Work closely with sales team on sales and marketing activationsWork closely with the Sales department in understanding customer requirements and behavior.Support sales pitches through researching specific client or target related information.Assist in proposing and design marketing initiatives to augment sales across regions.Ensure trade and distribution partners are updated with new brand assets and information for their use online and offlineDevelop and implement strategic brand marketing plans to drive sales and ensure brand growth through various marketing channels and trade plans.Provide business reviews & analysis to sales heads on the brands' performances on a monthly basisManaging the brand’s A&P budget and ensure all expenses are accounted for all brand marketing activities and deliver desired results on time and within budget.Work with the sales team to execute sales promotions and marketing plans together to drive positive results in sales, brand image and product growth.Key Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines.Minimum 5 years in managerial capacity with hands-on trade promotion, campaign development and ideally retail marketing in FMCG industry.Strong in analytical skills, self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative, adaptable, high learning agility.Excellent interpersonal, analytical skills and teamwork.Well-organized, enjoy working in fast paced organization.Good command of both written and spoken in English.
