Key Responsibilities: · Expected to create training events, design and develop curriculum and modules, and facilitate competency-based/behavioral training programs for all employees, including leadership programs for senior executives.· Enhance course delivery based on feedback received to improve course effectiveness· Conduct training needs analysis, and create/design and develop and implement learning strategies and programs.· Plans and conducts Train-the-Trainer program, and mentors trainers to ensure requisite support in training and faculty development· Maintain/Administrate the online learning management system· Acts as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding learning and development · Collaborate with business operations and horizontal workgroups such as Domain Centers of Excellence, Quality Team, Business Excellence, etc with regard to the implementation of learning interventions· Provides guidance to project management/transition management team as required to assist project team with ready solutions Key Requirements: · Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree· At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.· Preferably Supervisor / 5 years & up Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.· Basic learning management system (LMS) knowledge· Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Clark Pampanga
