l Accountable for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring in various forms and sources (i.e. professional networks, campus recruitment, internship, career portals, job fairs, and other platforms authorized by corporate) to fulfil the recruitment needs based on determined selection criteria, profiles and job requirements for vacant and new positions.

l Responsible for the liaising of manpower needs with internal teams. 

l Supports the development of hiring strategies and procedures in line with market trends including the advancement of future industry needs.

l Manage the HR documentation concerning job descriptions, employee files, and other relevant matters in compliance to QMS and HQ requirements.

l Perform and coordinate the overall supervision of the onboarding and off-boarding process to ensure proper coverage of relevant compensation and benefits for staffing and related clearance documentations.

l Support the learning and development program initiatives of the company, which include the sourcing and coordination with training providers, the rollout of in-the house or external trainings, evaluation of training programs, assist and conduct of annual training programs and related training needs.

l Facilitate employee engagement events of the company. 

l Supports in the facilitation of relevant HR announcements.

l Prepare and submit regulatory reports to ensure the company’s compliance with relevant legislations.

l Perform the benchmarking on account of relevant compensation practices with general industry and competitors

l Supports in the process of performing job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications to determine appropriate salary grade and competitive salary levels

l Participates in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits whenever necessary. May also include HR in the development of salary proposals for annual increments, performance rewards/ incentives and other benefit programs to improve the performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.

l Answer relevant questions or queries as deemed necessary by researching and interpreting policy and regulations in alignment with HR guidance.

l May participate in the preparation and review of pay advices on scheduled timekeeping and payroll processing.

l Supports in the preparation of the annual salary letters and other salary related matters a timely and confidential manner.

l Perform assigned tasks when necessary.
