FINANCE OFFICER

Job Description:

Ensure that project and company obligations are funded on timeAnalyze and determine when and how to source funds to sustain operationsRecommend funding requirements of projects based on historical trends and available fundsReview and summarize funding request and ensure the requirement is within the approved project budgetTimely monitoring of approved budget against funding requirementsRecommends weekly payment to suppliers for approval of FMG HeadPrepares monthly cash flow report including forecasting and variance analysisPrepares regularly Funds vs. Usage report for operations analysisCollaborate with Project Development Team and Operations Head on project status and profit analysisAnalyze and determine when to repay loans, remit equity and profit to shareholdersMonitor bank loans in terms of interest payments, maturity dates, and amount of principal for repaymentRecommend and implement measures to minimize interest and other financing chargesMonitor and analyze loan to collateral ratio to determine payment of loan redemption value upon title pulloutsPerform other tasks as instructed by the FMG Head

Job Qualifications:

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalentExperience in Treasury Operations, Budget Management, Funds Management is requiredMust have at least 3-5 years of working experience preferably in the real estate or construction industryMust be knowledgeable with project cost monitoring and analysisOrganized and keen to detailsProactive and has strong leadership skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and/or other Accounting Software
