The HR Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and improving certain internal controls surrounding human resources operations. This position works closely with Human Resources Leaders to research and resolve and mitigate any risks/issues.
Deliver routine and special projects for HR reporting and analysis. Understand HR reporting requirements related to all Conifer business units.Participate in reporting projects and ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR reporting.Provides oversight over controls, including auditing and analyzing data to proactively identify opportunities for compliance and efficiency improvements in HR reporting.Coordinate with Payroll and HR on all related reporting and fact gathering items to ensure compliance with reporting procedures.Educate other HR team members on metric definitions and calculation methods.Manual data entry will be required based on implementation of new HR system and client system needs.
