ACCOUNTING STAFF - AUDIT (MANILA)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To regularly conduct internal audit, such as but not limited to cash count audit, audit of accountable forms, inventory count, customer visit, and operation audit to ensure compliance to operation systems and procedures in all department with the group.to ensure effective and efficient implementation of policies and procedures on internal audit.to gain mastery of company policies and procedures such as but not limited to cash funds handling, accountable forms monitoring and handling, inventory control and management, etc.to prepare and submit auditor's report summarizing that audit findings and provide recommendation thereto, in an accurate and timely manner.to exhibit independency, objectivity and professionalism in the conduct of audits.to assist in the updating or continuous improvement of finance manual particularly those that relates to internal audit.to regularly update individual operations manual.to practice the 5S consistently.to adhere consistently to company values.to perform other functions similar to the above, that the immediate superior may assign from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, BS Accountancy, Financial Management, Commerce, Banking & Finance, Internal Auditing or equivalent.Required skill(s): Good computer and communication skills, Strong Interpersonal Skills,Must be keen in following instructions and procedures down to the smallest detail.Applicant must be organized in keeping and maintaining a document fiing systemexperience in Audit, Inventory is an advantage but not required.fresh graduates are highly encourage to apply.willing to be assigned in Sta.
