DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review of credit cards, and other expense, and Data entry to quick books and tabs3 for the businessBookkeeping experience needed. (No requirement to know tabs3),Saving documents to file, calendaring, writing emails to clients and opposing attorneys (good grammar)A plus to be able to file documents with the courtGood with computer and appsAdministrative such as paying bills by credit card, calling to clients, etc.We are a small law office, and need a good assistant with bookkeeping experience, and good writing skillsQUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldBookkeeping experienceData entry skillsMust have excellent English fluency skillsCompleting the jobs on timeOther tasks as requested and should be done same day .DetailedSelf working, self managing (do the work assigned on time)Good with emails, writing, and good with bookkeepingBookkeeping and law office assistant experience (preferred)Experience in law office or secretarial work is a huge plusLocation: Eastwood, Quezon City
