Intermediate Bookkeeper

If you have an eye for detail, a high level of quality control and knowledge of Australian Bookkeeping, we want to provide you with this exciting opportunity!

Role Summary

Australian bookkeeping experience is a MUST – if you do not have Australian bookkeeping experience please don't apply.

You will be responsible for undertaking all bookkeeping activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, BAS preparation and payroll. They will be processing end to end transaction allocation and accounts management, including helping with the preparation of financial reports. 

Must Have Skills

·       Australian bookkeeping experience

·       Bachelor’s in Accounting (preferred)

·       Strong communication skills

·       A high level of technical knowledge and an ability to problem-solve

·       Willingness to learn and adapt to changes

·       Ability to manage and prioritise workload

Roles and Responsibilities

Your major role is to perform all the activities of a financial controllerYou will work with your supervisor, helping train you in technical knowledge and reviewing your workCan perform all the tasks of a bookkeeper.Ability to work autonomouslyExcellent communication skills and confidenceDirected by and reportable to the Senior BookkeeperKnowledgeable and can apply accounting concepts

 Compensation

·       35,000 – 45,000php /month – (12 months)

·       Hours 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday 1 hour lunch (Brisbane time)
