POSITION TITLE: BACK OFFICE SUPPORT OFFICER
JOB DEscriptION:
The key role of the Back Office Support Officer is to ensure that applications are correct and completed in the allocated time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The specific duties performed and their frequencies are to:
1. Enter student applications and check these student applications for accuracy and completeness. An important part of this duty is the verification of the student qualification Certificates, Diplomas, or Degrees.
2. Contact agents/students in order to collect pending documents and confirm required details of an application.
3. Keep up-to-date student and agent information.
4. Work closely with the Operations Manager and the Admissions Manager in order to ensure that all agreed service levels and quality standards are met in processing the student applications.
5. Monitor quality feedback from students and agents on a weekly basis.
6. Provide accurate and timely reports of intake dates and the number potential students plus other relevant information as required.
7. Under the direction of the Operations Manager and the Admissions Manager
Issue Offer Letters.Update intake dates on the student management system..Advise students and agents about available intake dates.Issue Confirmation of Enrolment (COE)Where necessary, revise COEs8. Proactively respond to new student inquiries via phone and email
Assist students with the application process and work with other departments in the destination university/college to finalize enrolmentsFollow-up with students to provide ongoing encouragement and support9. Check applications for Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) Criteria
10. Provide relevant reports to the Admissions Coordinator – Philippines as and when required
11. Provide administration assistance as and when required by Admissions Coordinator – Philippines
12. Assists the Admissions team in any additional tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or its equivalentTyping skill:45-50 wpmRequired skills: managing and time-management skills, business management skills, analytical skills, team-player, can work under minimum supervisionPreferably with at least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.Willing to work in Makati City.Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:30AM-4:30PM(Full-time and Project - based Positions available)
