· Provides excellent customer service to the employees, within the scope of the Admin Department
· Handles the assets and supplies requested and used by employees in all locations (including satellite offices). Maintains record of assets (asset tagging) and properly updates the movement of items.
· Implements policies and procedures for the head office, including access, usage of water and electrical facilities, cleanliness, use of equipment and materials and security.
· Does the rounds first thing every morning and late afternoon to ensure that everything is in order; air-conditioned units, cleanliness, security, order, etc.
· Manages vehicle requests and scheduling.
· In charged of company assigned parking slots in LV Locsin Building
· Handles and monitors fleet insurance of executive and employee vehicles. Monitors and updates preventive maintenance schedule.
· Employs different services: pest control, aircon maintenance, general cleaning in head office, as needed
· Oversees supplies requisition and distribution for head office and all sites, including common areas, such as the restroom and pantry.
· Handles asset management of new and separated employees
· Monitors correct usage of office supplies and equipment - updates and calls for corrective answer in case of misuse.
· evaluated team members under him/her thru performance appraisal and recommends corresponding programs for professional development.
· Sees to monitoring and renewal of vehicle and property insurance;
· Ensures that Company vehicles strictly follow the designated Preventive Maintenance Schedule;
· Oversees sales of scrap at the project site together with the Audit representative and safe keeps/files signed certification of amount of scrap sold for reference of the Treasury Department, and endorses representative of scrap buyer to Treasury for payment;
· Administers and supervises the daily itinerary of the Company drivers in coordination with the site-based Sales Support Officer;
· Supervises receptionists, messengers, utility personnel and the Admin/Liaison Assistant;
· evaluates admin personnel thru performance appraisal and recommends corresponding programs for professional development
· Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
