Job Summary:
Generally in-charge of office, communications, and budget management; and provides assistance to the different Division teams with their administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages the Division Heads' schedule.Drafts and disseminates the Division’s communications for both internal and external stakeholders.Takes minutes of meetings and disseminates to parties involved.Follows up on the fulfillment of meeting items from all parties concerned.Consolidation of all drafted and approved Division plans.Provides assistance in the monitoring of accomplishment of all approved plans and programs of the Division.Ensures that the Division Head and the different teams’ office requirements are met, i.e. work stations, supplies, and transportation through the drafting of required operational and capital expenditure budgets.Manages budget utilization.Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Commerce or Office Management or any related course.At least 6 months of work experience in an administrative or clerical role.Must be adept in using MS Applications.Should have strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsMust be open to reporting on-site at Tinio Mandaluyong City
