Job Description:

The Banking Project Executive will develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Determines the project approach and monitoring/reporting progress to the Program Manager and Steering Committee.Define project scope and goalsPlanning activity consisting of approach definition, WBS

Qualifications:

Has an experience in managing Business Transformation Projects including project delivery, balancing scope, schedule, budget and risksHas an experience in Retail Banking/Cards/Payments/Regulatory and Compliance/CDD/KYC/AML and other areas of Banking Domain is requiredHas an experience in supporting governance activities such as steering committee Project, status reporting, and taking ownership of critical issues through to resolutionShould have worked through all project management phases, from initiation to project closure and experienced in managing senior stake holders directlyProfessional Attributes:Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across Business users and technology teamsSelf-starter/highly motivated person who is prepared to use their own initiative to understand and follow up issuesTakes ownership of problems through resolution
