JOB SUMMARY: Responsible in recruitment, employment contract, performance evaluation and improve trainings.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Records, routes, and files received Personnel Requisitions.Announce job openings through various medium.Screen all applications received. Creates shortlist of candidates per position and invites applicants for initial screening through call, text or email.Ensures that the applicants fills out the Application Form and submits his/her updated resume.Conducts psychological examination based on position. Check the exam and indicates the scores of the examination.Conducts interview and endorses successful applicants to the Hiring Manager for the Final interview.Coordinates schedule of the final interview of the requisitioning Department Head.Provides pre-employment requirements list and medical exam instruction to chosen candidate. Monitors its submission/completion.Conducts background check.Sends the Residential Background Check to the Department Head for completion for Sales Engineer candidates.Endorse applicant with complete requirements and has passed the medical examination result to the HR Manager for approval of hiring.Prepares announcement of new hire for email blasting.Coordinates the orientation with Training Department for their first day of work.Ensures office space is available for newly hired employees through coordination with the Department Head.Ensures newly hired employees fill out the government forms for updating records on their first day of work.Prepares ID and bank form for opening new account.Endorse newly hired employees to the payroll section for enrollment in biometric machine.Gives company tour and does introduction to other employees.Endorse the candidate to the Department Head after completion of onboarding process is complete.
