· Effectively manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop digital marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, engage audiences and drive conversions.
· Strategize, manage, and optimize end-to-end paid digital marketing campaigns across paid social, display advertising and SEM.
· Explore, test, and utilize a variety of emerging technologies and capitalize on existing infrastructure to engage new and existing audiences and position SCHF as an industry leader.
· Source and develop approved content for paid digital marketing campaigns.
· Develop creative assets and copy for all paid marketing campaigns in line with the SCHF brand.
· Ensure that data and analytics are used to inform future strategic digital direction
· Effectively manage campaign budgets and timelines.
· Help to create positive and memorable donor experiences using our digital channels.
A BIT about YOU
· 5+ years’ experience in SMM/SEM/PPC focused roles
· Ability to work autonomously
· Take pride in a great job done well

· Demonstrate a positive, can-do, go-the-extra-mile attitude
· Capability to evaluate search results and search performance
· Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
· Be able to plan strategy and articulate these clearly to clients
· Know how to plan and effectively manage budgets and media spend
· Understand the importance of a client service “value add”
· You LOVE data and will be able to collate, interpret and draw actionable insights from it every day.
· You will have proven experience in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display. As well as Ads, you will be experienced in using Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
· You will also be setting up and managing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
