Duties and Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, mobile app, and display advertising campaignsMaintain social media presenceMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights, monitor competitionCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersProvide monthly reports on digital performance including Share of Voice (Positive & Neutral sentiments) Assist in designing collateralsHandle other assignments that may be assignedQualifications
Must have at least a Bachelor's/College degreeWith at least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the mall industry or similarWith years of proven experience in digital marketingWith excellent written and oral communication skillsProficient in the usage of Adobe PhotoshopCreative, keen to details, and can work with minimal supervisionWilling to work in and outside the officePreferably someone who lives near and willing to work in San Juan City (Greenhills)
