JOB SUMMARY
Role Purpose
Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to help achieve sales targets of the Company.
Key Accountabilities
1. Marketing and Communications
· Execute all marketing campaigns across multi-channel environment (e.g. Website. Email, Print-Ads, etc.).
· Prepare, allocate and monitor marketing budget on monthly basis.
· Prepare proposals and promotional materials including marketing collaterals and print copies.
· Coordinate with staff and third-party agencies to carry out marketing activities/projects.
· Oversee corporate communication activities, both external and internal.
· Coordinate with Display and Operations team to properly implement marketing campaigns.
2. Market Research and Monitoring
· Conduct market and customer research to determine market requirements for existing/future products, current market conditions and competitor information.
· Analyze the competitive landscape, test new approaches and adopt best-practice strategies.
3. Project Management
· Manage creative production of online and offline marketing strategies from the initial concept to execution.
· Responsible for all aspects of projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures.
· Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to the Marketing team and BU Head.
4. Database Management
· Maintain marketing database which includes client and prospect information.
· Coordinate with MCI on on-going promotional scheme for SMAC & Prestige members.
· Perform customer service support to clients in all digital platforms.
5. People Management
· Work with HR team to select quality people.
· Monitor performance of staff against KPIs and ensure fulfillment of regularization/ non-regularization of employees based on set measures and timelines.
