Job OverviewThe Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing all marketing campaigns & strategies. Using in-depth knowledge and proficiency in Facebook Ads, Website Marketing, Search Engine Marketing and Optimization, Email Marketing, Pay-Per-Click Campaigns, the Digital Marketing Manager shall effectively handle over-all Digital Content and Asset Management to expand the Company’s profile and image across all other Digital Platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaignsDevelop and monitor campaign budgets.Plan and manage our social media platforms.Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.Work with the AMPV team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.Maintains digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.Qualifications, Experience and CompetenciesBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or other related field.At least 5 years digital marketing experience.  Marketing agency or corporate / digital marketing department experience is preferred. Knowledge in Sales/Real Estate is a plus.Proficient in digital copywriting (websites, email marketing, etc.) and copy editing. With experience in developing promotions and managing online campaigns.Outstanding organization skills with an eye for accuracy and detail.Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Must be willing to report onsite; amenable to a Tuesday to Saturday work schedule
