We are looking for Digital Content Manager who’s ready to assuming broader marketing responsibilities for a startup social enterprise. While initially responsible for creating and maintaining content to achieve our business goals, the successful candidate will be exposed to and have a hand in other facets of marketing such as product planning, pricing, distribution, communications, and promotions to further his/her marketing growth and development.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with the necessary creative skills to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy
Analyze sales and customer trends and develop the appropriate content strategy based on short-term and long-term marketing targetsAssess platform activity and suggest strategies on how to best utilize each platform and what type of content to be posted based on best practices2. Social Media Management
Work with marketing in planning and developing site content, style and layout, scheduling and posting of content, community managementManage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic3. Analysis
Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users to identify best practicesCreate reports to track performance of content per channelQualifications
Graduate of any 4-year course in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Mixed Media or Creative Digital Content3-4 years work experience as a social media manager or digital content creatorSkilled in cross client mixed-media platform, in consumer durables (ie. appliances, automotive, electronics, telecom)Appreciation for numbers and data-driven communicationsKnowledge of SEO and web traffic metricsFamiliarity with social mediaExcellent writing skills in English and Pilipino
