Summary of Role
You will be a key part of the digital education product team, providing support to ensure that educational content managed within our internal and external platforms is well maintained, up-to-date and properly quality assured by the relevant people in the business. Alongside a Technical Product Owner and a Business/Product Manager, you will take ownership of multiple content assets, ensuring they are correctly configured to create new products for our clients. This suite of new products will form the basis of Anthesis’ Corporate Education offer.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all platform content is kept relevant and up-to-date through liaising with colleagues who own each educational/digital productFollowing a robust mechanism to Quality Assure (QA) content loaded into systems and to avoid any errors and duplication in the systemAct as a direct point of reference for questions around the different contents storedWork with the business to enable content to be accessed across Anthesis and to clients via the product and subscription mechanisms available in the platformEnsure licensing information and other metadata is valid and correct at all times (as required)Provide training and support on the educational platform for managing contentRequirements
With 2+ years’ relevant work experiencePrior experience in education, desirable, not essentialUnderstanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SAP LitmosPrior experience of building and/or working with SCORM filesPrior experience of working with video content (editing, subtitles etc..)Basic knowledge of APIs and API-driven systemsPrior experience using a CMS to manage web page updatesBe able to clearly communicate ideas both verbally and in writing in EnglishHands on approach to problem solving and ensuring that things keep running smoothlyAn open, flexible and adaptable mindset to cope with a rapidly changing set of tasksThe ability to relate well to other professionals and work in a specialist teamManaging multiple product workstreams
